Jill M. Caughie

Jill serves as Assistant Director of Shareholder Recruiting and Integration at Stevens & Lee, where she helps plan, support and advance the firm’s Shareholder Recruitment and Integration Program. She works closely with firm leadership to prepare and execute talent strategies focused on attracting, developing and retaining shareholders and other senior attorneys. Additionally, she helps to oversee the firm’s Lateral Integration Program ensuring that new attorneys are seamlessly and effectively assimilated into the firm’s culture and operations.

Jill has more than a decade of experience leading the recruitment, hiring and integration efforts of shareholder and non-shareholder attorneys at an AmLaw 100 law firm. With experience as a commercial litigator prior to her legal recruiting career, she has a keen understanding of bridging needs and goals between firm management, practice groups and recruitment candidates. She is well-versed in creating and tracking individualized integration plans that promote synergies among new lateral shareholders and existing attorneys.
