Joel B. Wiener

Joel has more than 40 years of experience assisting clients with business planning and real estate acquisition, sale, operation, development, leasing and financing transactions, as well as commercial litigation and guiding clients for trust, estate and business planning. He brings pragmatic, business-focused counsel to his representations, which span real estate developers, construction industry clients, manufacturers and a range of commercial and business entities with residential and commercial development interests. Joel has particular experience representing clients in complex real estate matters, acquisitions and other corporate matters and before all municipal boards for zoning, planning and land use, as well as handling appeals before courts.

Joel also has a depth of litigation experience and expertise in business and financial strategy, negotiation and analysis and closings. He has litigated a number of commercial and civil matters in Pennsylvania county and federal courts and Florida courts. Clients also rely on him to assist with business planning, real estate development and structuring of bank and other loans and special situations, as well as for the personal financial and business needs of company owners, their families and management.
