Mark has extensive experience supporting multistate clients across various sectors including financial services, energy, manufacturing, consumer products, pharmaceuticals and retail. He advises clients on complicated state and local tax issues by providing key insights on strategies to reduce assessments, minimize effective tax rates and implement risk mitigation practices. He also provides strategic guidance on the state and local tax consequences of mergers and acquisitions.

Mark is a frequent speaker on state tax issues and maintains strong relationships with state revenue departments, including the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Departments of Revenue. Prior to joining Stevens & Lee, Mark had nearly two decades of experience at Big Four public accounting firms.
