Natasha focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation and counseling. She helps businesses across industries navigate federal and state litigation for a variety of issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination lawsuits. Her experience extends to assisting with claims brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state and local employment laws.
Prior to joining Stevens & Lee, she served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Richard A. Lloret of the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
