Nicholas A. Stobbe

Nicholas helps clients achieve state and federal regulatory compliance for their transactional, siting, rate reconciliation and governance matters. He has represented regulated natural gas, oil pipeline, electric, water and wastewater utilities before regulatory agencies, including the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PAPUC), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and a number of appellate forums.

Prior to private practice, Nicholas served as a Law Clerk to the PAPUC’s Law Bureau and within the Senate of Pennsylvania. His was also a Legal Extern in the Office of Chief Counsel of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
