Nicole practices in the corporate, real estate, commercial lending, franchise, general contract and transactional areas, primarily in the automotive industry. She represents automobile dealerships, manufacturers and captive finance companies, as well as several start-up vehicle manufacturers and distributors, from inception to operations to succession planning.

She also is experienced in representing banks and other lenders in asset-based, commercial and real estate financing, and represents individual and corporate clients in the acquisition and disposition of real estate, stock, assets and inventory, and in general business matters.

Nicole also counsels pharmaceutical companies, clinical research organizations (CROs) and other life science companies on contract and risk management and general corporate matters. She regularly drafts and negotiates master services agreements, clinical and analytical study agreements, clinical site agreements, project agreements and intellectual property agreements, among others. She has assisted companies in all phases of their clinical studies, including discovery, preclinical, toxicology and Phases I, II and III.
