Prior to joining Stevens & Lee, Sofia gained experience representing both private and public-sector clients in a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Most recently, she served as Corporate Counsel for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), where she advised on commercial contracts, procurements, technology, real estate and corporate governance matters.
