Trevor is a member of the Real Estate Department. He assists clients in a range of zoning, transactional, leasing and other real estate matters. His work includes establishing and revising condominiums; analyzing easement locations and impacts as well as restrictions and environmental conditions affecting major research facilities; and determining the limitations of rights of utilities and municipalities in right of way areas and easements. He has also reviewed and analyzed New Jersey’s solar leasing provisions as updated by the Solar Act of 2021 as well as recent updates to New Jersey’s Fair Housing Act and Condominium Law. Additionally, he drafts applications to municipal zoning and planning board on behalf of clients.
