Trevor is a member of the Real Estate Department. He assists clients in a range of zoning, transactional, leasing and other real estate matters. His work includes analyzing easement locations and impacts as well as restrictions and environmental conditions affecting major research facilities. Trevor also reviews and analyzes the limitations of rights of utilities and municipalities in right of way areas and easements. He has also reviewed and analyzed New Jersey’s solar leasing provisions as updated by the Solar Act of 2021. Additionally, he drafts applications to municipal zoning and planning board on behalf of clients.
