2025: Zoning and Housing Go to Court – Princeton Seminar

Real Estate Team members Christopher Tarr, Kevin Moore, Christopher Costa, Ryan Kennedy, Jonathan Mayer and Trevor Cooper were joined by Municipality of Princeton Councilmember Michelle Pirone Lambros during the evening seminar “2025: Zoning and Housing Go to Court” at the Nassau Club in Princeton, NJ, on Oct. 28 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

With insights from Princeton Councilwoman Pirone Lambros, speakers presented on:

• Challenges to the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan in Princeton and Cranbury
• Preparing for the Worst: Obtaining and Keeping Approvals in Challenging Times

The seminar explored developments in Princeton’s municipal regulations relating to affordable housing and emphasized the best practices for preparing effective land use applications.
