Tristan works closely with health care industry clients on a range of transactional, corporate governance and regulatory issues. Her representations span health systems, hospitals, physician practices, specialty groups, clinical laboratories and nonprofit entities.

Clients rely on Tristan to draft and negotiate transactions documents for mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations and corporate reorganizations. She also assists with key governance documents and establishing new corporate entities. Her experience extends to providing regulatory counsel and guidance on an array of laws affecting health care clients, including Hospital Change of Ownership (CHOW) requirements and corporate practice of medicine standards.

Tristan also assists health care professionals in forming medical spas, wellness clinics and other health care adjacent entities, and provides counsel related to formation and regulatory matters. She assists with the corporate formation process and drafts and negotiates all agreements required for these ventures, including operating agreements, medical director agreements, employment agreements and independent contractor agreements.

Tristan is a contributing author to the Second and Third Editions of the AHLA Corporate Practice of Medicine: A 50 State Survey, published by the American Health Law Association (AHLA).
