William C. McLaughlin

Director - Shareholder Recruiting and Integration

Bill is a director at Stevens & Lee and leads the firm’s Shareholder Recruitment and Integration
Program. He reports directly to the firm’s CEO and works with firm leadership in support of Stevens
& Lee’s growth initiatives through planning and implementing effective talent strategies relating to
the recruitment, development and retention of shareholders and other senior attorneys. He is also
responsible for the firm’s Lateral Integration Program ensuring that all of its newly acquired talent is successfully and quickly integrated into the fabric and culture of the firm.

Bill has more than 30 years of experience in professional service firms including an AmLaw 50 firm
and Big Four firm. Throughout his career, Bill has served in a variety of strategy, marketing and direct client service roles. He has also counseled senior executives on business development issues and a wide range of partnership and other organizational matters. As a result, he understands the challenges and sometimes conflicting demands of providing world class client service, developing and managing client relationships and building a sustainable book of business.

Bill is a graduate of Georgetown University and a member of the ABA and AICPA. He was also
adjunct faculty at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania for more than 15 years and
has developed and taught a variety of business and professional development courses for business executives and other professionals.
