Pennsylvania Governor Issues Guidance for Businesses in the Construction Industry Permitted to Operate During the COVID-19 Disaster Emergency
Governor Wolf (PA) announced on April 22, 2020, that non-essential construction projects may resume in Pennsylvania effective May 1, 2020. Undoubtedly, owners will expect contractors to be prepared to resume work on or shortly after that date.
On April 23, the Governor issued guidance for businesses in the construction industry permitted to operate during the COVID-19 disaster emergency.
