Federal Bar Association Webinar: Bankruptcy on Fire 

Stevens & Lee Associate Elizabeth Rogers will moderate a panel of judges during the webinar “Bankruptcy on Fire: A Discussion of Cases in the U.S. Supreme Court and Other Courts that Will Spark Interest in 2024,” hosted by the Bankruptcy Law Section of the Federal Bar Association on Wednesday, January 24, from 2 to 3 p.m.

Panelists include Hon. Elizabeth Gunn, Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Columbia, Hon. Andrew Altenburg, Bankruptcy Judge for the District of New Jersey, and Hon. John Gregg, Bankruptcy Judge for the Western District of Michigan, and discussion will focus on key takeaways regarding the current pending bankruptcy and appeals cases from the U.S. Supreme Court and other courts.

The webinar is free for Federal Bar Association members and $95 for non-members, and on-demand options are also available for those unable to attend the live webinar.
