On Monday, Charlie and his fellow panelists discussed land use development for renewable initiatives and shared key insights on the intersection of zoning law and solar development.
During Tuesday’s summit, Gladys delivered her opening keynote “A Regulatory Perspective for Pennsylvania: Past, Present, and Future” and shared her perspectives and experience as a former Commissioner and Chairman of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PAPUC) on the legislative landscape shaping our renewable markets.
