Brian M. Satz and Team from New Jersey-based Satz Law Group Join Stevens & Lee

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ, July 10, 2025 – Stevens & Lee announced today that Brian M. Satz has joined the firm as a Shareholder in the Bergen County, NJ, office. He is joined by two associates, Ariel Kirshenbaum and Nathania E. Lim from Satz Law Group, a boutique corporate and commercial transactional law firm founded by Mr. Satz in 2009.

Mr. Satz represents start-up and middle-market companies in merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, and equity and debt financing transactions. He also serves as outside general counsel to many of his clients. Additionally, Mr. Satz represents high-net-worth individuals, private equity funds and other investors in connection with their investments and other transactional matters. He earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and B.A. from the University of California, Riverside.

The Satz Team joins the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Capital Markets Department, which recently expanded by nine lawyers through the firm’s merger with 16-lawyer Providence, RI-based Duffy & Sweeney.
