Stevens & Lee is pleased to that announce Kevin J. Moore, Partner in Stevens & Lee’s Real Estate Group, has been recognized by New Jersey’s General Assembly and Senate as a 2027 Trustee for the Mercer County Bar Association.
Distinguished for his dedication, service leadership and contributions to the legal profession, Mr. Moore secured this trustee recognition through a joint legislative resolution brought forth by Senator Linda Greenstein, Assemblyman Wayne DeAngelo and Assemblywoman Tennille McCoy. He will continue his work to advance the Association’s mission of spreading legal education to public programs and promoting the administration of justice across the Garden State. Mr. Moore currently serves as a Trustee of the Mercer County Bar Association and is Chair of its Real Estate Section.
Mr. Moore has more than 35 years of experience in real estate law, with a particular focus on land use, redevelopment and related litigation, solar projects and commercial contracts and transactions. Since 2012, he has been a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, a distinction reserved for less than 1% of commercial real estate attorneys nationwide.
