Law360 Names Gregg H. Hilzer and Linda R. Brower to Its 2026 Editorial Boards
Gregg H. Hilzer, Co-Chair of the firm’s Cannabis Group, and Linda R. Brower, Senior Counsel in the Corporate, Finance and Capital Markets Department, have been named to this year’s Law360 Editorial Advisory Boards to provide expert insight in the areas of Cannabis and New Jersey respectively. Board members are selected by Law360’s editorial staff as subject-matter experts who can provide feedback on Law360’s coverage of legal developments as well as insights on how best to shape future coverage.
Cannabis Editorial Board – Gregg is distinguished in the cannabis space as an experienced advisor to both adult-use and medical marijuana operators throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. In addition to guiding cannabis clients through the licensing process in New Jersey and New York, he has also successfully navigated cannabis issues for clients in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. Additionally, Gregg has worked on numerous financial transactions for both operators and investors in the cannabis space. Clients who are already operating rely on his multifaceted legal guidance focused on managing risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition to his cannabis practice, he has substantial experience representing clients in white-collar criminal investigations, federal and state regulatory matters and complex commercial litigation.
New Jersey Editorial Board – Linda’s corporate law practice serves the New Jersey and New York business communities. She has notable depth in strategic planning and advising, negotiating and drafting contract solutions. Clients also rely on her to draft transactional documents and provide corporate and health care regulatory compliance counselling for matters involving HIPAA and federal and state data privacy and security law for physicians, allied health professionals, health care organizations and technology and data analytics vendors in the health care space. Her experience includes advising on entity formation, asset/stock sales, mergers and acquisitions, business divorce and succession planning. Linda also has served in a number of in-house general and associate counsel roles, including at: a safety net hospital in Newark, NJ; a research institute and school in New York City for children with brain-based injuries and disorders looking to build and license an outpatient rehabilitation facility for individuals of all ages with brain injury and brain-based disorders; and a division of the New Jersey Institute of Technology’s innovation incubator to create a health care delivery system and to monetize the services of a data-driven technology platform that all New Jersey hospitals and long-term care facilities must use to access and securely exchange the medical records of New Jersey residents. Linda holds a certification in Healthcare Compliance.
