Kevin J. Moore, Partner in the Real Estate Department, moderated the Stevens & Lee-sponsored In-House Counsel CLE program hosted by the Real Estate Section of the Mercer County Bar Association in Princeton, NJ, on Sept. 19, 2024.
With speakers Kristin Muenzen, Esq., University Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel of Princeton University, and Greg Ricciardi, Esq., Vice President and Counsel to the New York Region of Boston Properties, the program instructed private practitioners on what in-house counsel look for in selecting outside counsel and expectations in the ongoing relationship between in-house and outside counsel. Discussion focused particularly on the representation of corporate and institutional clients.
