Stevens & Lee Bolsters Litigation Team with Addition of Catherine Pastrikos Kelly

PRINCETON, NJ and NEW YORK, NY, Dec. 2, 2025 – Stevens & Lee announced today that litigator Catherine Pastrikos Kelly has joined the firm’s Litigation Department as a Shareholder. Her addition follows a string of recent lateral growth for the firm throughout the New Jersey/New York metro region.

Ms. Kelly is an advisor and litigator, working with businesses and stakeholders to navigate high-stakes business disputes. Her practice spans contract, shareholder and employment litigation, fraud claims and business tort matters.

Clients rely on Ms. Kelly’s counsel as she draws on her extensive experience in state and federal courts and works to combine judgment with results-driven advocacy to achieve client goals.

As a Greek American attorney with strong ties to the United Kingdom, Ms. Kelly brings a deep understanding of Greek, British and American commercial and legal norms, making her a particularly effective advocate for Greek and British clients navigating legal matters in the U.S.

Ms. Kelly is a member of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association, where she is Co-Director of the Endorsements Committee. She also is a founder and serves as Director and General Counsel for the Children’s Light Foundation, a national nonprofit that works to ensure that every child in the foster system has “access to the things that make being a kid fun.”

Ms. Kelly earned a J.D., cum laude, from Albany Law School and a B.S., cum laude, from Rutgers University – New Brunswick.
