Closely held businesses and high net worth individuals often rely on his strategic guidance regarding estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes as well the crafting and implementation of sophisticated wealth transfer plans for individuals and large family groups.
Additionally, Andrew routinely counsels individual and institutional fiduciaries in all aspects of trust and estate administration. He also has extensive experience in the formation and operation of nonprofit entities, including private foundations, public charities, private social clubs, supporting organizations and other tax-exempt organizations.
Andrew is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Penn State Dickinson Law where he teaches Wills, Trusts & Estates, and recently garnered the 2024 Adjunct Faculty Member of the Year distinction. A leader in his field, he is a frequent speaker and author on estate planning, tax and nonprofit organization topics.
