VALLEY FORGE and LANCASTER, PA, Dec. 18, 2024 – Stevens & Lee announced today that Andrew S. Rusniak has joined the firm’s Wealth Planning, Trusts and Estates Department. Mr. Rusniak, Shareholder, resides in Lancaster.

Mr. Rusniak represents individuals, families and business owners in trust and estate planning, business succession planning, asset protection and charitable giving. He counsels individual and institutional fiduciaries in trust and estate administration and has extensive experience in the formation and operation of a wide variety of nonprofit entities.
An adjunct professor at Penn State Dickinson Law, Mr. Rusniak earned an LL.M., with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law and a B.A. from George Mason University.
Mr. Rusniak joins a growing team that also recently welcomed Stephen Wiener, Devin Fox and Kathryn Ott to its ranks. In the last year, the firm has doubled the size of its Wealth Planning, Trusts and Estates Department, serving clients from offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Florida.
