Andrew has significant experience representing individuals, families, business owners, executives and professionals in all aspects of tax and estate planning, business succession, asset protection and charitable giving. Closely held businesses and high net worth individuals often rely on his strategic guidance regarding estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes, as well as with the preparation of estate plan documents for young couples with minor children. Additionally, Andrew routinely counsels individual and institutional fiduciaries in all aspects of trust and estate administration. He also has extensive experience in the formation and operation of nonprofit entities, including private foundations, public charities, private social clubs, supporting organizations and other tax-exempt organizations.

Andrew is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Penn State Dickinson Law where he teaches Wills, Trusts & Estates, and recently garnered the 2024 Adjunct Faculty Member of the Year distinction. A leader in his field, he is a frequent speaker and author on estate planning, tax and nonprofit organization topics.
