Andrew represents health care clients including hospitals and health systems, physicians and physician practices, advanced practice providers and other industry professionals in a wide range of transactions and regulatory services.

He crafts and negotiates asset purchases, equity purchases, mergers and joint ventures from pre-LOI discussions through post-closing and counsels clients regarding various regulatory matters including HIPAA, Part 2, clinical research, management services organization (MSO) arrangements and licensure issues.

A particular focus of his practice is counseling start-ups and established organizations in the medical wellness space, including medical spas (medspas), IV hydration and infusion centers and similar health care adjacent ventures. For these clients, he provides counsel related to formation, regulatory matters and transactions. He also drafts and negotiates a variety of agreements, including operating, medical director, supplier, independent contractor and employee agreements.
