David has represented clients in federal habeas litigation, state criminal prosecutions arising from complex financial investigations and parallel civil and criminal proceedings. He has also represented corporate clients in investigations and enforcement actions brought by state attorneys general alleging deceptive business practices, consumer fraud and related statutory violations, as well as in complex securities and commercial litigation involving allegations of corporate misconduct.
Prior to joining the firm, David served as a law clerk to the Hon. Lee A. Solomon of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Drawing on that experience, he brings a practical, litigation‑focused perspective to every stage of a matter, from investigations and motion practice through trial and appellate proceedings.
