His experience also includes matters involving parallel civil and criminal proceedings. In addition, he has advised and defended corporate clients in investigations and enforcement actions brought by state attorneys general alleging deceptive business practices and consumer fraud, as well as in securities and commercial litigation involving claims of corporate misconduct.
Prior to joining the firm, David served as a law clerk to the Hon. Lee A. Solomon of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
