Elisabeth is a member of the Labor and Employment Department and assists with a variety of labor and employment litigation matters. She focuses on traditional labor law and assists with a range of issues, including grievance administration, arbitration and charges, hearings and trials pending before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

Prior to joining Stevens & Lee, Elisabeth was in the Honors Attorney program with the National Labor Relations Board where she assisted with unfair labor practice claims, National Labor Relations Act violations and unionization procedures. Her experience with the NLRB extends to investigating and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges. Elisabeth also served as a Hearing Officer and assisted with adjudicating both pre- and post-election disputes over representation petition elections. In her role with the Board, Elisabeth administered numerous union elections, ballot counts and handled the disposition of challenged ballots and objections.
