Greg is a corporate and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) lawyer whose services are distinguished by both his legal and business backgrounds. He focuses on middle-market transactions in a range of industries including manufacturing, printing and packaging, waste management, distribution and logistics and government contracting.

In addition to handling buy- and sell-side M&A transactions for more than 20 years as a lawyer, Greg was previously an executive officer where he led corporate development, finance and operations. He uses this experience to provide highly pragmatic counsel on complex transactional matters, including transaction structures, tax reorganizations and acquisition finance.
