Jason P. Rudloff

Jason has dynamic commercial litigation experience and assists with a variety of complex disputes before state and federal courts. In particular, he has handled a range of contract issues as well as business tort, construction defect, product liability and trade secrete misappropriation matters. In addition to his trial experience, Jason helps clients to strategize and navigate approaches to alternative dispute resolution.

While in law school, Jason served as a legal intern for the Hon. David Hittner of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Texas. Prior to law school, he taught undergraduate courses in political science at Arizona State University.
