Lou is an experienced advisor to individuals and businesses on a wide range of estate, trust, business succession, fiduciary administration and tax matters. He assists individuals and families with achieving their wealth preservation goals through sophisticated estate and trust planning. As a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP), he also regularly advises clients who are considering the importance of legacy and philanthropy as part of their wealth planning strategy.
Active in both professional and community organizations, Lou serves on the boards of several nonprofits. He speaks frequently on estate planning, tax planning, estate administration and philanthropic planning.
Lou is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), a past President of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Chester County Bar Association and a past Chair and past Member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
