Prominent Trusts and Estates Attorneys Louis Teti and Andrew Rusniak Join Stevens & Lee
VALLEY FORGE and LANCASTER, PA, Dec. 18, 2024 – Stevens & Lee announced today that Louis N. Teti and Andrew S. Rusniak have joined the firm’s Wealth Planning, Trusts and Estates Department. Mr. Teti, Senior Counsel, resides in the firm’s Valley Forge office and Mr. Rusniak, Shareholder, resides in Lancaster.

Mr. Teti advises private clients on a wide range of estate, trust, business succession, fiduciary administration and tax matters. As a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP), he regularly counsels those considering legacy and philanthropy as part of their wealth planning strategy.
A Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), Mr. Teti also is a past President of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Chester County Bar Association, a past Chair of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations. He earned an LL.M. in Taxation and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law and a B.A. from Dickinson College.
Mr. Rusniak represents individuals, families and business owners in trust and estate planning, business succession planning, asset protection and charitable giving. He counsels individual and institutional fiduciaries in trust and estate administration and has extensive experience in the formation and operation of a wide variety of nonprofit entities.
An adjunct professor at Penn State Dickinson Law, Mr. Rusniak earned an LL.M., with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law and a B.A. from George Mason University.
Mr. Teti and Mr. Rusniak join a growing team that also recently welcomed Stephen Wiener, Devin Fox and Kathryn Ott to its ranks. In the last year, the firm has doubled the size of its Wealth Planning, Trusts and Estates Department, serving clients from offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Florida.
