Paige is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, assisting the group with a range of
appellate and intellectual property matters. Paige focuses her practice on a wide variety of intellectual property issues, including domestic and international trademark strategy, federal litigation and management and enforcement of trademarks and brands. She regularly analyzes infringement claims and drafts motions and discovery requests. Paige has also assisted in trademark prosecution, including research, analyzing claims and preparing materials to support clients’ registrations before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
Paige also has experience researching and drafting appellate briefs in the areas of state administrative agency disputes and Pennsylvania Right to Know Law requests.
While in law school, Paige served on the board of Villanova Law’s Fashion Law Society and as a judicial intern for the Hon. Sherry R. Fallon, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of Delaware.
