CLE: Representing Borrowers and Lenders in Commercial Property Purchases

Christopher Costa, Co-Chair of the Real Estate Practice, and Kevin Moore, Partner in the Real Estate Practice, will present the lunch program “Representing Borrowers and Lenders in Commercial Property Purchases” hosted by the Mercer County Bar Association in Princeton, NJ, on April 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. The program is eligible for 1.0 NJ/PA CLE credit.

Joined by Stephanie Adkins, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of the Bank of Princeton, Chris and Kevin will explore the key factors to successfully close a commercial loan transaction for building or buying commercial property. Loan officers and practitioners will gain insights on the commercial loan process, from negotiating and drafting the commitment letter through due diligence and the successful closing and papering for a deal. Discussion will also cover considerations for construction loans.
