He assists clients within a range of technology and engineering sectors and draws on his previous experience as an engineer.
Mr. Eisenberg brings a depth of strategy and understanding to intellectual property litigation matters that reach district and appellate courts. His practice spans patent, copyright, trade secret and telecommunication issues, and he routinely provides counsel on the use of Inter Partes Reviews (IPR).
Mr. Stein has more than 40 years of experience providing nuanced legal services to enterprises that develop, market and utilize intellectual property.
