Mark H. Anania, John Maldjian, Elliott J. Stein and Michael B. Eisenberg Named Among Leading Patent Professionals

PRINCETON, NJ, and NEW YORK, NY, June 6, 2024 – Four members of Stevens & Lee’s Intellectual Property Practice, Co-Chairs Mark H. Anania and John Maldjian and Shareholders Michael B. Eisenberg and Elliott J. Mr. Eisenberg brings a depth of strategy and understanding to intellectual property litigation matters that reach district and appellate courts. His practice spans patent, copyright, trade secret and telecommunication issues, and he routinely provides counsel on the use of Inter Partes Reviews (IPR).
