Stevens & Lee Lawyers Present Seminar Demystifying Princeton Residential Zoning Standards
PRINCETON, NJ, November 6, 2019 – Stevens & Lee attorneys Christopher S. Tarr, Christopher K. Costa, Ryan P. Kennedy and Peter M. O’Neill, and Princeton Council Member David E. Cohen, co-presented, “Building in Princeton: Navigating Princeton’s Neighborhood Residential Zoning Standards,” on Thursday, October 24, 2019, at the TPC Jasna Polana in Princeton, NJ.
Attended by developers, architects, realtors and engineers, the interactive presentation examined Princeton’s new residential housing standards and how they affect the design and construction of homes in the municipality. It included illustrations of permitted designs and discussion of past applications. Council Member Cohen, an architect by profession, also provided insights on the type of development that the ordinance intends to encourage and potential areas of future change to the ordinance.
