PRINCETON, NJ, November 6, 2019 – Stevens & Lee attorneys Christopher S. Tarr, Christopher K. Costa and Ryan P. Kennedy, and Princeton Council Member David E. Cohen, co-presented, “Building in Princeton: Navigating Princeton’s Neighborhood Residential Zoning Standards,” on Thursday, October 24, 2019, at the TPC Jasna Polana in Princeton, NJ.

Attended by developers, architects, realtors and engineers, the interactive presentation examined Princeton’s new residential housing standards and how they affect the design and construction of homes in the municipality. It included illustrations of permitted designs and discussion of past applications. Council Member Cohen, an architect by profession, also provided insights on the type of development that the ordinance intends to encourage and potential areas of future change to the ordinance.

Mr. Tarr, Mr. Costa and Mr. Kennedy are attorneys at Stevens & Lee who concentrate their practices on commercial real estate matters, including land use, leasing and conveyancing. They each appear frequently before Princeton’s land use boards.
