Sasha focuses her practice on labor and employment litigation and counseling. She helps businesses across industries navigate federal and state litigation for a variety of issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination lawsuits. Her experience extends to assisting with claims brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state and local employment laws.
Sasha also provides guidance on issues arising from all aspects of employment, from hiring agreements to restrictive covenants and termination. She helps businesses ensure that their policies comply with applicable regulations and prepares employee handbook materials.
An advocate in her home communities, Sasha serves as a volunteer attorney for the Support Center for Child Advocates, providing legal representation and social service advocacy for abused and neglected children in Philadelphia. She also sits on the Run to Rebuild Committee for Rebuilding Together Philadelphia.
