HARRISBURG, PA, June 22, 2022 – The Stevens & Lee Companies announced today that it has launched Reliance Search and Settlement, LLC, a full-service title agency serving commercial, industrial and residential buyers and sellers, as well as owners looking to refinance. Reliance works with a wide range of clients, including large and small businesses, individuals and government agencies, among others.
Headquartered in platform-affiliate Stevens & Lee’s Harrisburg Market Square office, Reliance also assists lenders by providing a range of services to assist their clients with all aspects of the settlement process. The agency is led by Sean P. Delaney, who joined Stevens & Lee as a Shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate Department in May 2022, and includes highly experienced title agents Veronica Eskra and Jennifer Carl.
The launch of this agency comes on the heels of Stevens & Lee’s recent expansion in Central Pennsylvania. In addition to Mr. Delaney, construction and real estate litigator Veronica L. Morrison, appellate litigator Karl S. Myers and corporate finance attorney Kara M. Eshenaur joined the firm last month and maintain offices in the firm’s growing Harrisburg Market Square location.
As part of this expansion, the Platform has leased additional space and now occupies the entire 16th floor of the Market Square Plaza building in downtown Harrisburg.
