Julie focuses her practice in the areas of real estate, land use and zoning and commercial development. For more than 20 years, she has assisted clients in meeting development goals, including those in particularly challenging areas such as mining, quarrying, data centers and large-scale warehousing and distribution. Clients also rely on her to handle condominiums, zoning variances and ordinance drafting and curative amendments. Throughout her career, Julie has worked closely with developers, architects, land use planners, traffic professionals, civil engineers and government officials.

Prior to joining Stevens & Lee, Julie owned a real estate legal practice and served as in-house general counsel to a real estate development conglomerate in the Lehigh Valley.
