Julie focuses her practice in the areas of real estate, land use, zoning and municipal law. For more than 20 years, she has assisted clients in strategically navigating a range of real estate transaction and development issues to advance their project, investment and business goals. Clients also rely on her to handle a range of disputes arising from various contracts, construction defects, landlord tenant claims and encroachment. Throughout her career, Julie has worked closely with architects, land use planners, traffic professionals and civil engineers, including Department of Transportation, Department of Environmental Protection and government officials.
Prior to joining Stevens & Lee, Julie owned a real estate legal practice, and previously served as in-house General Counsel to a number of real estate development companies in the Lehigh Valley.
