Stevens & Lee has extensive experience representing governmental entities in all facets of labor and employment matters, including representation before the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board in both union representation cases and unfair labor practice cases, collective bargaining negotiations, mediation, fact finding and interest arbitrations, grievances and grievance arbitrations, strikes, picketing and union organizing campaigns under both Act 195 and Act 111.
