Led by a past Chair of the American Bar Association Committee on Occupational Safety and Health, our attorneys conduct safety and health audits for companies of all sizes, ranging from privately owned facilities to Fortune 500 companies, both as lead investigators and in conjunction with company environmental, safety and health officers. In addition, we provide advice on the establishment and implementation of safety and health policies and provide emergency response in the event of fatalities or other catastrophic events. We have also represented companies in defense of up to seven-figure OSHA citations, as well as Section 11(c) whistleblower and retaliation claims regarding safety complaints.
Our team has appeared before OSHA administrative law judges across the U.S. and has good working relationships with senior OSHA officials in the U.S. Department of Labor Office. Among our professionals is a contributing author and Associate Editor of the nationally recognized treatise, Occupational Safety and Health Law, published by the American Bar Association and the Bureau of National Affairs.
