PHILADELPHIA, PA, April 16, 2018 – Stevens & Lee announced today that Daniel J. Sobol has joined the firm’s Labor and Employment Department as a Shareholder. He is resident in the Philadelphia office.
Mr. Sobol concentrates his practice in labor and employment matters. He represents employers in labor matters before the National Labor Relations Board, including unfair labor practice charges, representation matters and in labor negotiations.
He also represents management in employment matters and in matters arising under ERISA.
Mr. Sobol received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from Temple University. He has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star since 2014, and has also been recognized by Best Attorneys of America since 2015.
