Brandon also defends employers in discrimination matters and claims brought pursuant to Title VII, FMLA, ADEA, ADA, PHRA and NJLAD in state and federal court. In addition, he represents employers in unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board.

As an experienced dispute and trial strategist, Brandon has served in leading roles in obtaining various favorable arbitration settlements and trial judgements on behalf of clients. His solutions emphasize resuming business productivity while mitigating negative press, company policy overhauls and potential damages.

Brandon also advises employers on potential pension fund withdrawal liability matters and has negotiated favorable settlements for his clients. He also is experienced in drafting and revising personnel policies and employee handbooks and has drafted employment contracts and separation agreements.

While in law school, Brandon served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Susan Peikes Gantman, President Judge of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
