Nick focuses his practice on commercial litigation in both the state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. His experience includes a wide variety of complex litigation such as business disputes, class actions, general liability, product liability and mass tort cases.
Nick has served many clients in the automotive industry, ranging from family-owned dealerships to financing companies. His work has encompassed the defense of consumer fraud actions, enforcement of financing arrangements and post-closing litigation of buy-sell agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Nick served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert J. Gilson, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
While in law school, Nick served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Thomas L. Weisenbeck, New Jersey Superior Court. He also helped establish and participated in the inaugural class of the Intellectual Property Clinic, now known as the IP CO-LAB, while at Northeastern University School of Law.
