Stephanie concentrates her practice on health care regulatory, transactional and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, licensing, fraud and abuse, corporate governance, tax, reimbursement, telemedicine and HIPAA/HITECH. Her representations span a range of health care providers, including health care systems, hospitals, long-term care facilities, physician practices, medical laboratories, home health companies, home care companies and pharmacies. Stephanie also has particular experience assisting health care clients with contractual matters like employment agreements, professional services agreements, leases, medical director and administrative service agreements, clinical research agreements and clinical education affiliation agreements.

While in law school, Stephanie served as Senior Editor of the Penn State Law Review.

Stephanie was selected as a Fellow in Leadership Delaware’s Class of 2021.

Stephanie serves in the Delaware Army National Guard as a Judge Advocate. She is a First Lieutenant and is assigned as Trial Defense Counsel to Trial Defense Service where she provides trial defense services to soldiers. She graduated second in her class from the 211th Judge Advocate Officer Basic Course and was awarded The Judge Advocate General’s School Award for Professional Merit.
